支笏湖温泉で開催された、千歳・支笏湖氷濤祭り(以降、氷濤祭り)を撮影しました。
最終日の3日前に行ったのですが、会場から3kmの渋滞がひどかったです。
1時間40分の渋滞を抜けて、会場に到着したのは19:40。
21:00までライトアップしていたのが救いでした。

I went to the Ice Festival in Chitose City.
I had to wait for an hour and 40 minutes in my car for 3km to enter a festival.
I bought a ticket for 1000Yen and entered an ice field. It was wonderful.
All of the ice monuments were made from the water of Lake Shikotsu.

Wakkanai Port North Brakewater Dome

氷の壁。稚内港北防波堤ドームに似ています。
This wall is like a Wakkanai Port North Brakewater Dome.

Moss Cave

千歳市にある「苔の洞門」を再現した展示。
松の木と白樺を凍らせて、苔を再現しています。
※苔の洞門は2014年から閉鎖

This moss cave were made with pine trees and Japanese white birch.
A real moss cave is in Chitose City, it closed from 2014.
